Lease Applications

We process Lease Applications in the order we recieve them.  Applications are considered received based on the time of receipt of the signed application and the application fee.  Then, properties are offered to applicants based on order of received and approved applications.  So, if you are very interested in a particular property, you need to get you applcation in quickly. 

Lease Requirements:

     1. Credit Score of 550 or greater
     2. Qualifiable income of 3 times monthly rent
     3. Good rental references
     4. Good work references
     5. Pets are allowed with prior approval and pet deposit
     6. Security deposit (usually equal to one month's rent)
